Background:
PUCC's specifications and sample software are the properties of PUCC which its members use to develop their products and services.

Participating members of Open Mobile Alliance (OMA) have expressed interest in evaluating PUCC's specifications for the purposes of their activities.

PUCC is dedicated to the development and standardization of ubiquitous technology and is pleased to release the following specification documents for non-commercial technical evaluation and technology standardization purposes. PUCC looks forward to receiving any feedback from reviewers. Based on these responses, PUCC will take the necessary actions to improve the specifications.
